What to Look For in Yoga Clothing
When choosing your yoga outfit, you'll want to look for the right fit, materials, breathability, and flexibility. To better understand what to consider before buying yoga outfits, look at the points below.

Comfort: There is nothing worse than practicing yoga in uncomfortable clothes. When you're adjusting to your body, you don't want to be concerned about itchy seams and tags, saggy or too tight waistbands, or binding and chafing fabrics.

Breathability: Depending on the type of yoga you practice, you may sweat a little or a lot. Especially if you sweat a lot, it's important to wear breathable and moisture-wicking materials to keep you cool and comfortable. Tank tops, cutout shirts, and yoga pants with mesh pockets will all improve breathability.

Flexibility: Yoga includes bending, stretching, bindings, lunges, stretches and rolling. Your clothes need to be able to keep up with these movements, which means the material is likely to contain at least 15% spandex.

What to Wear to Yoga Class
Yoga Bottoms
You have plenty of options when choosing yoga bottoms: yoga leggings, yoga pants, or yoga shorts. They must offer a good combination of breathability, flexibility and comfort. Nylon-polyester-spandex blend pants are a good choice, as they move with you through postures but also wick moisture.
You may also be concerned about coverage when bending and stretching, high-waisted leggings or pants might be a good choice. They can huge your waist more and they are typically less likely to slip during your practice. Somebody would love to try some flared  pants, they can be a nice option for slower yoga classes like restorative or yin and they are typically not recommended for power vinyasa classes, as they can impede mobility.
For those who like to practice hot yoga, you might want to consider a pair of yoga shorts. While yoga shorts are cooler, they don't offer as much coverage as yoga leggings, and it can be difficult to maintain smooth, sweaty skin for extended periods of time while doing balance poses.
In general, No matter which type of yoga bottoms you decide to wear, Just make sure that you stay away from too thin and see through pieces.

Yoga Tops
When selecting a new yoga top, it’s important to make sure the tops fits snugly around your hips and waist to prevent it from falling over your head during forward bending postures. They should be made with breathable and moisture-wicking material. And many has removable pads inside. Give your yoga top a test by bending forward to touch your toes in the dressing room: Does the shirt gap at the chest or fall over your head? If so, choose something with a tighter fit. Depending on the weather and season, it’s a good idea to have a lightweight yoga jacket, long-sleeved shirt, or sweater to wear prior to class starting and during your final relaxation and restoration pose.
